I can honestly say that without all of you, she could not have had the amazing opportunity to spend the winter months away from the cold weather in Europe. The girls have been amazing and she has really bonded with them. For me, the best feature has been being able to access the daily reports, seeing what she has been up to and being able to discuss these things with her during our phone calls. While it might seem odd or even conceited for a so called “middle classed” family to contract the services of Executive Butlers for ongoing cleaning services, it is fact the most logical and down to earth thing we have done in a long time.

Having our day full of work, kids and life in general – we were constantly being disappointed by our hired help with low quality of service and terrible work ethics.

As most people know – finding a good, legal “Ozeret” who actually wants to work and likes what he or she does – is as difficult as nuclear fusion. We have had the good fortune of using Executive Butlers for some 10 years now.

EB looks after the general upkeep, ‘set up’ and ‘close down’ of our property .
Roy with his well – trained staff ensures that everything is just so for when we arrive ; with every detail being taken care of, from a/c on to stocking the fridge if so desired.

The team then comes in whilst we are in residence a couple of times a week .They are charming , hard working and we have always felt comfortable leaving them.

Executive Butlers is organized and efficient. They arrive when they should, behave impeccably, do the job correctly and always are good humored.

They always let me know the day before that they are coming and take the hassle factor out of my life.
All the Butlers will help to extend a sofa bed or put it away again or any other job I may require.

We have no further need to deal with insurance, pension, leave pay etc. This is a big win!

The best thing about the Butlers is their demeanor. I find them always helpful and friendly. Do not underestimate the effect of polite and prompt attitude also the fact that the team is totally reliable and always turns up promptly.
Having had the other type of service I know what to appreciate. And yes they do a good job too!
